The Base is a curated catalog of genuinely free design assets. People come here from search with one intent: to find a great mockup, icon set, font, or template for the project they are working on right now. If your product serves designers, developers, or founders, this is a focused audience with zero noise around your message.
An honest note on numbers
We launched in July 2026 and we are early. Instead of headline traffic claims, we share live analytics: ask, and before you book anything we will send current visitor and pageview numbers straight from our dashboard. Early sponsors get early prices, and your rate is locked for three months even as traffic and pricing grow.
Sidebar sponsor
$99 per week. A native card in the floating sidebar, visible on every page of the site: home, all asset pages, categories, and collections. One sponsor at a time, no rotation, no competing ads. Includes your logo, a short pitch, and a call to action link with your UTM tags. After the campaign you get a simple report with impressions and clicks.
Newsletter placement
$49 per issue. One dedicated placement in our weekly digest of the best new freebies: image, a couple of sentences in our voice, and your link. Booked per issue, so you can test a single send before committing to more.
Launch partner
$299 per month. The strongest presence we offer: the sidebar slot for a full month, a placement in every newsletter issue that month, and a featured collection built around your product if you have free assets to share.
What we ask of sponsors
- Relevant products only. Design and development tools, asset libraries, education. If our audience would not use it, we will pass.
- Clear labeling. Every placement is marked as sponsored and links carry rel sponsored. We do not sell SEO links.
- No dark patterns. No misleading claims, no crypto or gambling, no products we cannot vouch showing to our readers.
We reserve the right to decline a campaign that does not fit, with a full refund if it was already paid.
